I am a recent FB insure customer as the agent I have dealt with for 40 years since I got my license retired and my account was turned over to FB Insure. Although the main office is in Taunton my previous agent Paul B Sullivan insurance remains in Fall River. The best part is that we are still able to retain the best customer service agent ever. Cheryl Levesque is an amazing person. She is kind helpful and above all extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance business. My husband and I and our daughter are grateful for Cheryl. She is calm when we are in crisis and makes every experience easier. My parents were also clients of Paul B Sullivan. It seems he carefully chose FB Insure for his clients and FB Insure was wise to be sure the clients were able to rely on someone they trust like family…..Cheryl Levesque.

I think FBinsure is hit or miss depending on which agents you work with but if you get the right one there is nothing they won't do for you. I used to always work with Nancy. She went above and beyond, so when I learned that she had been promoted I was both happy and sad, yet unsurprised. After that, I bounced around from agent to agent mostly unsatisfied. At the start of my latest policy there were price discrepancies that I did not understand and was even told by one agent that I would be receiving a check with money back, which turned out to be the opposite of true. However, today the luck of the draw transferred me to Zel who was extremely helpful and patient. She remained kind and level despite my confusion and slight frustration. She worked with me to figure out the price discrepancy and answered my many additional questions. I feel she went above and beyond and did it all with a great attitude. I'll be working with her moving forward and I suggest the same for anyone else looking for great customer service.
