As a Small Business Account Manager, you will help our clients navigate the complex and oftentimes confusing world of commercial insurance. Insurance can be a maze for small business owners who are already stretched thin, making an advocate who can effectively translate complex insurance coverage topics, recommend actionable solutions and support them at the time of a claim so critical. It will be your responsibility to work with clients to ensure they are getting the best value and coverages for their business needs and budget.

  • Teamwork & time management are essential to this position. Good communication with your team ensures a smooth client experience, while the ability to prioritize and manage your time appropriately is key to fast-paced insurance transactions and relationships with business decision-makers.

A Personal Lines Sales Executive’s responsibilities include providing that tailored approach for opportunities that call or walk into our offices, seeking out new business, and rounding and upselling existing accounts. Using your expertise, you will educate and advise personal clients on the right coverage options for their specific needs. Client Service Manager

A CSM’s responsibilities include providing top tier client service through: handling all billing related questions and issues, taking first reports of claims, answering policy specific question, requesting account reviews, walk-in renewal reviews. Your role will have you working with directly with our clients to provide a smooth and productive insurance experience.

In a media landscape full of advertising and noise your goal will be to develop digital media strategies that break through and deliver our message using engaging and authentic content. In addition this role would also facilitate interoffice communication on community and employee initiative ensuring they are current with Agency happenings and prepared to share.  The best candidate for this role is an enthusiastic creator and communicator with a passion for digital media, from content creation to the expanding platform knowledgebase. Responsibilities

  • Oversee FBinsure’s online social media presence including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google/YouTube platforms.
  • Develop and implement an ongoing social media strategy focused on growing our presence and increasing engagement.
  • Plan, write and schedule content for social media accounts working closely with Agency team
    members for accurate, educational, and engaging content that showcases our brand and core values
  • Utilize FBinsure’s network (i.e. carrier partners, clients, chamber relationships) to reinforce messaging efforts with custom and shared content.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, technologies, and algorithmic updates.
  • Track and collect data that evaluates social media activity and analytics, creating measurement reports and offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Monitor brand competitors strategies
  • Monitor and respond to our review spaces (Including: Google, Facebook, Yelp, Bing, etc..)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Director and Chief Growth Officer to ensure brand and messaging consistency across social media and marketing materials/platforms.
  • Support the Marketing Communication Director with crafting of high-quality internal and external written materials, including, but not limited to events, media advisories, newsletters, and targeted marketing materials.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field; preferred
    • OR commensurate experience writing for and managing social media accounts for brands
  • One-three years of relevant professional communications experience;
  • Experience and proficiency with SM-Management Systems (Hootsuite, Buffer), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark) Adds: Canva, WordPress & Constant Contact (or similar email automation program);
  • Exceptional written, editorial, and interpersonal skills;
  • Robust understanding of building, managing, and improving a brand’s social presence;
  • Deep knowledge of the latest trends in social media and marketing;
  • Ability to be nimble and thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple tasks;
